Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for fully completed courses, customized corporate training, or consultations. Any promotional or discounted course purchases are non-refundable. Once Challenge courses starting date is scheduled we are giving refund only before 7 days of Challenge starts. Cancellation Policy Course Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by us, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided or you may opt for an alternative course of equal value. Cancellation by Participants: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any course, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, but you may be able to reschedule for a future course. Corporate and Group Training Cancellation: Corporate or group training bookings must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the agreed start date to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee. Upon successful payment, users will gain immediate access to the content via their account on Future Frames/ Future Frames Studio, 5eMediaMastery.com or VideoMakingSkills.com.Access to Content:Users will receive access links or login credentials via email immediately after purchase.
